Hi, Welcome
Jennifer offers immersive bodywork experiences at Lady Macdonald Country Inn designed to support deep rest, physical release, and nervous system regulation during your time in the mountains.
Rooted in Eastern approaches to medicine and therapeutic philosophy, her work draws on nearly twenty years of advanced training in Thai therapeutic bodywork, Ayurvedic therapies, yoga therapy, and nervous-system-based modalities.
Each session is responsive rather than pre-planned, shaped in real time by the body’s signals, breath, and capacity in the moment.
The result is a deeply restorative experience that supports the body to soften, release, and return to a more settled internal state.
This is not a standard massage offering — it is an immersive, intelligent approach to bodywork designed for meaningful physical and nervous system reset.
Nurture Massage
In session, the body is not approached as something to be corrected, but something to be listened to.
Work unfolds slowly, adjusting moment by moment to what is present — areas of resistance, patterns of holding, changes in breath, and subtle shifts in tone. Nothing is forced or rushed. The process follows what the body is already doing, supporting it to soften in its own time.
As the nervous system begins to settle, layers of physical and internal tension often begin to reorganize. The experience is less about applying technique, and more about allowing space for release to emerge naturally.
Many people describe a gradual sense of internal quiet — where the body feels less defended, breath becomes easier, and the overall system begins to feel more spacious and supported.
This kind of work can be particularly supportive during periods of stress, fatigue, physical overuse, emotional load, or extended time without rest or recovery.
What remains is often not just physical relief, but a felt shift in internal state — a sense of returning to balance that continues beyond the session itself.
Jennifer’s work is grounded in Eastern therapeutic understanding and shaped by extensive training across multiple healing modalities, offering an experience that is both deeply attuned and quietly transformative.
Sessions are intentionally limited to allow for depth and presence in each experience.
